Take one of her stem cells, grow it into sperm and then use it to impregnate her own ova. Presumably the ability to grow an ovum from stem cells wouldn't be farther behind and then men could easily clone themselves as well.

I think that would produce an offspring more along the lines of a normal child than a clone. Even if you mix genetic material from the same individual it would combine in new ways to create a unique individual.
