Don't be too sure about the girls; I could totally kick my dad's ass. Of course, he's in his seventies, but still....
It's important to maintain a psychological edge- I can still go up to my much larger younger bro and make him flinch simply by pretending to punch him. He always grabs his arm and backs away.
