Disneygallery.com doesn't have the info yet, but
Olszewski Studios' official site's personal appearances page indicates that Pirates will be released on November 18, 2006. It also confirms that the piece will be released at the Disney Gallery (like Haunted Mansion was) whereas the Clothier Corner and Photo Corner pieces being released on September 23 will be at Disneyana.
