I'm going. Though I was disenchanted with both "G' Days last year, I think I like the simplicity of Goth Day better and can enjoy it more with just a slight change in the program.

The day basically consists of two main events. I've always enjoyed the twelve o'clock gathering of Goth Fashion and Hyper Noon Meet. It's never been unpleasant and, come to think of it, has been rather enjoyable each and every time.

The evening Haunted Mansion festival has seemed sorely lacking ... but I think an easy fix is to get there MUCH earlier, enjoy mingling with the Goths at Magnolia Park, and get into the Mansion in the first hundred or so ... before they start diluting the crowd with regular guests.

I realize this means getting our asses out of the Grand Cal earlier, but it can and should be done. It actually sounds like a pleasant day. Noon Meet, Big Group Photo, maybe a single ride. Grand Cal afternoon, lounging, cocktails, lounging. Sunset entry to the Park, schmoosing at Magnolia Park in the Park, a hopefully better than average Haunted Mansion ride, and then maybe some other rides and fireworks.

I haven't been to Disneyland since the 51st ... OMG a month ago ... so this will be a welcome visit. I'm going, and I hope to see a few of you there.
