Soooo.....anyone need blackberries? It's like Christmas tree cutting - seems like it's too small at the tree farm and at home it's three feet taller than the living room. Likewise, it seemed like I hadn't picked enough, but I've already got a batch of sorbet chilling, enough for a pie rinsed and draining, and I'm maybe 1/2 way through the first of three container. I'm thinking at least two pies, one, maybe two batches of cordial, and then who knows?
