I don't drink coffee, consume minimal caffeine, have never smoked (other than once when 7 but my mom caught me and made sure the urge would never arise again), while I've tried various drugs none more than once, I don't eat red meat (or the other white meat), I run 2-4 half marathons a year.
And still I'm 100 pounds overweight and will probably die of a heart attack before I'm 50 except in my family men die of cancer before that.
Live life, don't worry so much about tweaking the odds.
