Henry's is good for its produce and frozen vegetarian stuff. Their specaility stuff is lacking as are their ready-made meals.
TJs is good for it's specaility stuff, ready made meals and has good prices on cheese, egges, milk and almost everything but produce.
I can't do a full shopping at either and I don't even try. My current shopping consists of Ralphs for everything but produce, then produce at Henrys. There is now a TJs by my office that I can stop at if the mood strikes.
