You can use Apple Quicktime to convert the raw video to and MP4 video file for your iPod. You do have to upgrade Quicktime to a professional version which allows you to create videos. I think it is $29 to purchase.

If you use windows or mac, if you want to refine the video with titles, etc. you wll need to use some video editing software. I'm sure it comes with a mac. I, myself, use a PC anddo any editing using Roxio or Windows Movie Maker.
