Thank you for all the crossed appendages- the loan has been approved. They just want to add a few documents to the file- and we will be set in plenty of time for closing.
The Realtor should be by with the ppwk to sign for the roof/furnace/disposal/sewer scope stuff- things the seller needs to certify or fix or check before we move in-and once that hurdle is over- all we need to do is pack, close and move.
