Last? Two Cemetery Films Announced
They have mentioned extending the season, but as of now, September 3rd is it.
The last 2 films are: 8/27 Sullivan's Travels 9/3 All About Eve I MUST go on the 27th. Preston Sturges makes wonderful films and Veronica Lake was my childhood idol. I SOOOOOO wanted to be her. Actually, still do, come to think of it.  We're supposed to go see The Knitters on the 3rd (but haven't gotten tickets yet) so I will probably miss one of my favorites. The night will just have to bumpy without me. BTW, The Knitters are John Doe, Excene Cervenka, DJ BoneBrake and Dave Alvin with Johnny Ray Bartel on double bass. Any familiar names in there? |

Hmmm, I will be in LA on the 27th, let me peruse the calendar! Might be able to squeeze this one in, it's a terrific film!
