Labyrinth of Jareth Masquerade 2008

Ken and I are finally attending the LoJ Masquerade for the very first time this weekend.

I'll post pictures of the event after then, but in the meantime, here are some work-in-progress of the costumes as I complete each piece.

Our costumes are Victorian-themed. Mine will include a corset, skirt, coat, mask, and hat. Ken's will include pants, coat, mask and gun-blade accessory.

Here is my hat that I completed last night, which is constructed around a Build-a-Bear top hat. It will be perched to the front left side of my head that evening:
