Nebuloons were the biggest success of the entire Summer Failtastic enterprise. Huzzah for Nebuloons ... which still manage to look awesome even when frozen in still photography! They are amazing.

There's only one problem with them (besides the fairly high price tag):

I wish I had thought of that!

I'm still utterly baffled that there is no such thing as an Up-themed balloon in the parks. WTF?

Lots of balloons for sale, but last night I didn't see many actually bought.

They're expensive. I don't know if I'm going to be able to afford the Disneyland 55 Party I was planning for this July at the Disneyland Hotel, much less the Nebuloon decorations which I'd have liked to include.

The party's actually gonna be off unless we can take up a fund somehow. I can't afford such a thing this year.

Everyone I saw venturing near them ooohed & awwwed until they heard the price. Waiting for the tram at closing, I didn't see a single one.

I am just glad that The Boy is no longer into balloons (he is, but too cool to want them in public).
