I recently set up phone service for a guy who requested that number...I tried to warn him and made permanent notes on his account that he requested it against better judgement.

Actually, 867 was a valid exchange back when I was in school in State College Pennsylvania. So in the rare case of a party at Penn State involving booze, that number was called every time that song was played (also very very rare to play 80's music at a college party). It was a valid number and the person never seemed to enjoy receiving the call as much we did making it. We should have invited him to the parties I suppose.
