If you're at Disneyland Sunday evening..

Look for me and the boy! We are doing a quick trip to Disneyland Sunday thru Tuesday before we head to Vegas on Wednesday.

Our good friend from Florida wanted to see California before our Cirque Convention so we arranged to be there with him. We are showing him DLR on Monday and Tuesday but Zach and I can't be that close to Disneyland on Sunday and not go in!! So we are leaving the group and headed in by ourselves. Zach really wants to see Fantasmic, so I agreed to take him. You know he really had to twist my arm to get me to agree to go to Disneyland

They keep changing our flight so I don't know for sure when we will arrive. The last change has us getting into SNA around 4:15 so I'm hoping to get to the park by 5:30-6 pm.

We plan on hitting the 50th movie in the Lincoln theater first as it will close the next day and he really wants to ride POTC and see Fantasmic. Other than that I'm sure we'll wander and just enjoy Disney together.

I just love it when we can go in alone together the first day of a trip. We sing and dance and just enjoy our trip down mainstreet, usually hand in hand. Now that he's nine this will probably be the last time he will hold hands with me and act goofy on our way in. I know soon the magic will disappear for him but I keep hoping to hold on to it for a little while longer!

So if you see a lady and a 9 year old boy dressed in matching purple tie dyed Mickey's not so scary Halloween 2003 t-shirts, I'm pretty sure that will be us! I can't see anyone else wearing the same matching shirts! I figured that would make us easy to spot so I'll wear my husbands and Zach can wear mine. It was that or Oregon shirts but that seemed to boring!

I can't wait to be back at my home away from home, even if it is for just a few days. I am sad the Haunted Mansion will be down and a few other rides I would've loved my friend to see but at least I can finally see the POTC that everyone is talking about.

I'd love to see/meet anyone and everyone. I'm sure Zach will just spot NA/Euro in a store or somewhere like he did last time. He has a knack for remembering faces!

Next time I promise we'll plan a little better and maybe make it to a meet or design our own.
