You join a league, draft your players, and your players are "scored" by pushing bills through the various stages.

The seven basic stages through which your MCs must push legislation - and by which earn their points - are as follows:

1. Introduction in their Chamber (House or Senate)
2. Approval by Committee
3. Vote on the Floor of their Chamber
4. Introduction in the opposite Chamber
5. Approval by Committee in opposite Chamber
6. Vote on the Floor of opposite Chamber
7. President's Signature
