Shirtless Obama on Washingtonian magazine cover

The May cover of Washingtonian magazine features one of the paparazzi photos of a shirtless Barack Obama strolling the beach in Hawaii last year.

The photo illustrates the magazine's "Reasons We Love Washington," the #2 reason for which is "Our new neighbor is hot."

... I would rather not have a picture of ANY U.S. president shirtless on the cover of a magazine. I am more displeased with both the paparazzi photographer who took the photo and the Washingtonian editors for choosing to publish it on the cover.

I often think Americans are a bit too prude when it comes to our bodies. He's got a wonderfully git body and looks good in his suit. While I think they are using the photo to sell magazines, which is sort of rude, but that's commerce.

Hmmm, I think he's sorta got man boobs. Or the starters of them.

Considering the White House job ages you at three times the normal rate, they should be pretty ychhy saggy by the time he leaves office.

I have no problem with the flesh.

I have a little twinge of issue with the lack of dignity/respect is shows for the office (don't care about dignity/respect for the person in the office). But it is just a very small twinge.
