Looks like Lucent Dossier has found a new venue to play at since the abrupt ending of their Edison engagement. Still on a school night, but I find them hard to resist. Here's the message I got:

That's right folks. We are back in action in a major way. Wednesday, 11/11 enter the gateway into a new realm of possibilities. We will be bringing a thunder that has not been seen before. With the stars as our guides, let us take you through the portal of ancient wisdom and new beginnings. To enter, you must navigate your heart to the H.Wood and there you will find the 11:11 Gateway. Only the brave, the willing, and the playful may enter (though we covet and adore the shy and demure equally and will make a special place for you too So prepare for your journey because we want you there! Stay tuned for the secret password for special family treatment at the door!

The new residency will be housed in the post apocolyptic meets vintage hot spot H.Wood in the heart of Hollywood through the end of the year.

Lucent Dossier is another group born from the dust of Burning Man, like Cirque Berzerk, the Phoenix Projekt, Machina Candeo, the Mutaytor, and DMT. Each group brought their own party to the stage, each reveled in a vice that was uniquely theirs for the pleasure and awe of the audience - Cirque Berzerk had its circus brought in the night with a low rumbling dark cloud in the distance, the Phoenix Projekt regaled in its ninja warrior ethic, Machina Candeo…I never quite got Machine Candeo…the Mutaytor had its apocalyptic party vision, and DMT lived in its own chaotic cartoon of a show. But Lucent Dossier brought something decidedly different, decidedly darker to the stage. And now they bring Gateway 11.11 to h.wood.
