Awhile back a few of you had icons that looked like a few tv commercials that had been running. I think it was for a finance or investment company of some sort that was doing the commercials.
They looked like illustrations that had been converted from a video... Does anyone remember what I'm talking about? And if so, was there a filter in photoshop you used to get that effect or was it a lot of hand tweaking?
