Digital Heroin-Where do you get your fix?

A friend(aka pusher) works for wizard. He gave me a copy of World of Warcraft and now I am hooked. I know others here play.

Where do you play and what are your characters. I figured this way maybe we could team up for quests.

Thankfully, a 3 year old desktop and a 1 year old laptop (neither of which were top of the line when new) prevent me from partaking of this particular form of crack. I'd be hooked in a bad, bad way. MUDs (basically the same concept, but entirely in text) were bad enough, causing my to sleep through finals and literally dream in full text. I'd be a worthless human being if I had the opportunity to play this game.

Never again will I get myself hooked on one of these games. I'm useless enough as it is without digital crack. If I got hooked again, I would never clean, do laundry, read, watch movies, travel, etc. And, boy, would my back hurt.

I broke the habit with Leisure Suit Larry on my very first computer...too many years ago to speak of.....hehehe

My gang at home now are all about Nintendo games...any version of them.

Prior versions of Warcraft once had my soul - now, I just stick to message baords to soak up any available time I have.

I've been addicted to jigsaw puzzles . Yes, I know...very sad indeed. One more piece before I go to bed! What, it's 4AM? So now I stay away from all of the game stuff.

I noticed that Intervention (very interesting show) on A&E is going to feature a guy that's addicted to playing video games.

Last game I played with a passion was Red Alert. Was awesome fun, but that was back in college. I still have the same machine...but no more games.

Hahaha -- we're on Burning Legion (Tramspotter & I)

I only get to play on weekends now, and while I do enjoy playing the game, it's not like heroin anymore. I play just whenever I have down time now, which isn't that much anymore. I think I might have started a horde character on Deathwing at one time.

I'm usually very up to date with what what but didn't read up on latest patch info.

I think I need a wrist guard so I don't get carpal tunnel syndrome from playing its such an addiction
