I found a cool website gethuman.com. The site has a database that helps you get human customer service when you call businesses with phone trees and automated phone systems.

It sounds pretty neat. I had a hell of a time with Dell's system. I called India twice and was sent to the wrong phone tree twice. It took me 45 minutes to speak with a live person in the correct department. Bleh.

Anyway, I thought I'd pass this info along. It seems like a good site. I don't know how often they update etc.
