Monorail delay

My insider clued me in to this...yes, of course I have an insider!

the scheduled return to (limited) monorail service has been postponed one week. The monorail is now scheduled to return to limited service on December 21, 2006. it will likely remain in limited (one-way / bi-directional) service through New year's Day, 2007, when it will once again go out of service until the completion of construction for Finding Nemo.

Resort Hotel Guests will likely be given priority boarding during peak operating hours over the Holiday period.

It's been too damn long since my last Monorail ride. I wonder why they're bringing it back up for less than two weeks? Why even bother?
