iPhone 3G questions

The latest iPhone will be released this Friday. I am 98% sure I will be switching when my contract is complete at the end of this month. I have a few questions that I haven't seen addressed anywhere else online so I thought I'd see if anyone here has read anything that would answer my questions.

Can I switch my sim card from my BlackBerry to the iPhone?
Will the iPhone work with Entourage programs (specifically Calendar and Address book)?
It is really true it won't cut and paste?
What else doesn't it do that a BlackBerry or Windows Mobil phone will do?
