It’s a July bursting with Fifties.

First - - - DISNEYLAND ‘55 - A fantastically coincidental bit of Fateful Timing.
This year, the Happiest Place on Earth turns 55 years old BECAUSE it was created in ‘55!!

Boggles the Mind, Stirs the Senses. Come and Party with Us to Celebrate the Strange.

On the eve of Disneyland’s 55th Birthday, the LoT of you are invited to join our traditional Night-Before blow-out at the Disneyland Hotel on Friday, the 16th of July, 2010.

But not just any blow-out. We’re pulling out all the stops and having this year’s party in the famous, swankadelic Wrather Suite - the decadent penthouse of the Marina Tower that we’ve drooled over and dreamed about since this series of parties started at the hotel 25 years ago!

Named for Jack Wrather, the creator and long-time owner of the Disneyland Hotel, the suite was long closed to the public because it was Jack and Bonita Wrather’s home-away-from-home once the Marina Tower of the hotel was built in the early 1970’s. And it’s a ‘70’s masterpiece of hipster style and groovy chic. Come check it out!!

Then - there’s also the small matter of 50 YEARS OF ZLICKERY

A child of the 60’s, a boy of the 70’s, a drugster of the 80’s, a dad in the 90’s, and a Man for the New Millennium Right Now!

That’s right, bitches - it’s Steve Zlick’s 50th Birthday!!

ok, technically speaking, my birthday is two weeks earlier, on the 2nd. But why throw two incredible parties when we can combine-athon into one overwhelmingly spectacular party of magnificence?!?!

So that’s just what we’ve done. A once-in-a-lifetime night of celebrating in the Disneyland Hotel’s legendary Wrather Suite - The Swankiest Place on Earth!

Friday, July 16, 2010 - starting at 8:00 pm and ending way later. Top floor of the Magic Tower (formerly the Marina Tower) (soon to be the Fantasy Tower) - or just ask for the Presidential Suite (formerly the Marina Suite) (formerly the Wrather Suite).
