50's style feathered hats - craft day possibility?

Thought this might make for an interesting craft project.

Video on making feathered hats

Not sure where we'd get felt hat forms, but I know of a good place for buckram ones (technically the headband style ones you can even get at Michael's).

Anyone interested?

I'm more inclined towards Fascinators. I've come very close to buying a few very expensive ones lately
