I generally browse the photoshop projects at fark.com and somethingawful.com, chuckle and move on.

This one just freaked me out, so I had to share it.

Seeing tiny baby heads on grown up bodies kind of reminds me of a pivotal moment in ERASERHEAD. (Henry Spencer's body with the "baby" head in place of his own.)
