Hot weather food

With summer here in full force it's time to turn off the oven and bring on the hot weather food.

Right now some of my fav hot weather foods that I've been enjoying are:

grilled veggies (yellow squash, zuchinni, bell pepper, tomatos, carrots and whatever else I fee like)

veggie salad same as above but raw and with ginger dressing (from the Disney magazine)

Canilli bean salad

cheese and crackers

artichoke and hearts of palm salad from trader joes

motzerella salad from trader joes

What do you enjoy during the hot summer months?
