I have a cat that looks just like that called Tigger.

And a dog called Pooh Bear, and they play like that. Tigger likes to pounce on Pooh Bear. It's so great when you have a cat and dog that get along!

My cat Illuminati does that to me all the time, particularly my left shoulder. She can go on for a long time. Mind you, if I try to get her to change shoulders or move to a different location, she gets snitty. oh well.
