I have had such a horrible experience with this company that yes, I am telling everyone I know about it. But this is mainly to vent.

About 6 weeks ago I called them out to fix or replace my garbage disposal. I called them because I figured it would be better than calling a no-name plumber in the phone book. BIG MISTAKE.

They replaced the garbage disposal for an insane amount of money (that I was aware of before they did the work). And this is where the problems start.

They didn't hook up a pipe that would drain the dishwasher, so the first time I used it the dishwasher drained into the cabinet under my kitchen sink. Now one of the pipes that they replaced is leaking all over the same cabinet. The particle board is rotting out, there is most likely mold growing inside the board as it is rotting out and the best part? I called their 800 number, they advertise emergency service and I get "the earliest they can come out is 8am tomorrow morning".

Uh no. You advertise 24 hour emergency service. A pipe you replaced has a fast leak. You come out tonight and fix it. They said the best they could do is have a manager call me. The last time they did that it took 2 hours for him to call and I waited about an hour after that before I figured out I could fix the pipe myself. My dad called and they said "no problem, we'll have our emergency guy go there next".

So now I get to wait for them to show up, tell them I am not paying since they also advertise they fix it right the the first time or it's free. They just called me back and said that someone will be here in a half hour. The same person called me back and I asked how come she told me the first appoitmnet would be tomorrow but told my dad no problem, he'll come out tonight and she hung up on me.

I'm thinking of trying to get money to re-coup the cost of replacing the cabinet that they ruined so my landlord can replace it.

SO not happy with this company. Please think twice before using them.

Hmm, then I would definitely not recommend going to Ad-Roc for any electrician work.
