Advice Needed For Local Day Out...

Yes, I am last minute here, sorry about that.

It just dawned on me that you guys are a wealth of info and ideas so why not tap it?

I need help~

I have a friend coming in from Australia and tomorrow we are supposed to meet up {I have to say, I am not sure if it is for lunch or dinner}.

I am not sure where to do this. She is staying in Huntington Beach and would like it to be an easy find as she is now accoustomed to driving on the left side...well, first day back I don't want to confuse her with a lot of freeway changes...so, hopefully right off of Hwy 5.

The other part of this is that we are also meeting up with someone from Temecula. So, we've agreed on a place right about in the middle.

Carlsbad? Oceanside? I don't know!!

And, what is there to do in these parts?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I've gone to their websites and really don't get them {since I've never been there or done that}.
