Memo from Thomas Kinkade.

No, really. He distributed a memo to the staff of his Christmas film. (The Christmas film which sat in cans until it was released direct-to-video, mind you.) It contains a lot of ridiculous notes, some malpropisms, and LOVE.

Vanity Fair got hold of it and posted it. They also include some interesting history of Kincaid, including the one time he got drunk at a Siegfried and Roy performance and repeatedly shouted "CODPIECE!" I only wish I was capable of making this stuff up.
