I didn't initially click the link, having also assumed it was the WdW Castle show. Glad I finally watched. That's AMAZING. I mean, Theo may never have to wonder why the heck the Mickey at Disneyland is mute! How awesome is that!

I wondered that too. If not, how do they synch the voice to the actions or the costumed CM?

I would assume Disney would want to keep the voice authentic, so unless they have a Mickey Voice Modulator, the voice actor must be somewhere else.
