Last Saturday I was at DCA with my older daughter and got picked to do some Market research. I got a camera to take pictures and talk about them afterward.

It was pretty cool and I wrote up a Trip Report on the whole experience.

What a lucky duck, to be able to tell a Disney staff member right to their face how things could have been improved. And you did an admirable job of that. Thanks for speaking for all of us!
