A possible substitute for the Beat Hotel?
One of my clients turned me on to this place. It's just what the Doctor ordered to replace the Beat (if it is, in fact replacable). I've also called them about Coachells, but we'll see. If there is room, it will be a miracle.

We don't know and they don't know. Things are up in the air at the moment. It may return - and I hope it does, but at this point it is non-operational.

What about bungalow #6? The "View Bungalows" only shows #1-5 & 7, but a pic of the amenities clearly shows a door marked 6. Curious.

I think we'd have to go for #4 so NM could grill.
