			 I am looking for suggestions for sidedishes for chicken cordon bleu? I am wanting a side salad and rolls certainly- but what would work- a veggie and ?????  |

				            | I would simply do brussel sprouts or green beans almondine. If you really need a second side, pureed butternut squash would be nice. Of course, ThinKrisps would be good on that salad.

| Senior Member | I've made this before - Steamed Asparagus with Lemon It's fast and easy. Plus you can also serve it cold which means you can do it ahead and just pull it out of the fridge.
