I'M GOING TO DISNEYWORLD! (again!)

So, yeah, last year, my video teacher decided to enter a music video my group made into the International Student Media Festival. No one expected to win or anything, since it was a multi-national highly-competitive competition.

Well, we got the results back today.

We won.

We were one of 9 schools in California to win the award. Considering that we were Freshman at the time, and were competing against Juniors and Seniors, this is seriously awesome.

Of couse, the big shock came when, after my teacher opened the package, she read the letter aloud and came upon this:

You are invited to join us at the 2005 Student Media Festival Convention, located at the Walt Disney World Disney Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida, from October 18th to the 22nd.

WHAT?

I just got back from Disney World in June from the FBLA National Leadership Conference, and now I can go again in a little over a month? Not to mention that I will get free airfare and hotel? So all I have to pay for, basically, is park tickets and food? AWESOME!

I havn't told my parents yet (waiting until they hear about it tomorrow night at Back to School Night), but if I get to go, and I think my parents will let me, since they will do anything to get me out of the house for a week, this would be absofricken awesome. Disney World twice in one year? Winning a film festival as a Freshman?

I love my life.

You suck! And I mean that in the nicest possible I'm so freakin' jealous sort of way.

So now you must tell us more about this music video. It's fabulous that your efforts are being rewarded. And what better prize?!

Haha...yeah, I'm really excited, espically since I'm going with my 2 best friends. It's gonna be awesome.

We did Running Away by Hoobastank. I can try to get a copy online when I go to the studio tomorrow.
