My iPod rocks my world!

I am totally loving my iPod. It's mini. It's pink. And out of the 545 songs I have on it so far, 110 of them are Beastie Boys songs. I think I am two albums short of the whole collection.

I love to use the shuffle songs feature on a long drive. The kids love me being able to switch between Jack Skellington songs and Wicked. Nathan loves that I have some of his music in the car for him to listen to for a change.

I have the U2 Special Edition. It's so cool! I also got the Complete U2 - 447 songs. The only other music I've purchased from iTunes so far is Sinister Dexter's "Dexterity." They're a sort of swing band, and I know a bunch of the guys, so I was more than happy to support them. They're excited to have their album on iTunes! I also have some of my CDs that I'm slowly uploading to it.

I love the Playlist feature. I've got one called "workout" that's got all up-tempo songs.

Same as me! I got it for X-mas. Santa was extra nice this year.
I pretty much only use mine for workouts. Love it.

I totally dig my iPod, and I'm totally groovin' on Santa, aka the Christmas iPod Angel, who brought one for me and for a coworker too (i got a 40 gig, he got a 4 gig, guess I was 10x's better than him this year. awww....no evil smilies) So far I have more than 2600 songs on it.....total bliss. Also, I got an adapter for my car, and an FM transmitter that works awesomely in my office, and pretty good in my cars.

For those of you who have the FM receiver for your iPod, which one do you have?

I have the Monster receiver. It is ok.

I have the Belkin one, it's pretty cool, it runs off of two AAA batteries, not the iPod's power, I don't really know if that's good or bad.

I assume you mean FM Modulator and not FM receiver (a modulator creates and sends an FM signal...a receiver receives an FM broadcast)?

If so, I have the iTrip. It's nice cause its powered by the iPod and its really small and fits right on top. Problems? Reception is not good in SoCal cause there are too many radio stations and none of the modulators for the iPod create a very strong signal. Not sure why. I have heard that it is FCC regulated, but I had an FM Modulator for a CD changer on my Lincoln back in college and it sounded crystal clear. So maybe it is a lack of juice. Other negative is it blocks the hold switch.

Real nice and portable though...you can take it anywhere and broadcast. It worked well in my loaner Jag while in NY and I use it in my garage when working on the car.

I love my Sony Sports walkman equipped with MP3 playing capabilities?

Man, I want an iPod.

But I love a lot of things. Like, to be out of debt. To fly. To never have allowed myself to fluff up my fat cells so that I'd never have anything that needed working off. To have read a lot more when I was younger, so I could be a lot smarter now. That Tiffany's "property of" necklace. My own personal French valet. Gerard Butler.

It's good to want things.

What I like about the Monster FM modulator (thanks for the lingo check) is that it is more of a car charger/modulator. It plugs in to the USB/Firewwire port at the bottom of the unit and charges as I go.

The only bummer with that is I have to remember to take my cell phone into the house to charge overnite as my little Honda Civic has but one measly little power outlet.
