"let me see" he asks
and I start to strip down
can't get to that state while concealed
now open, he watches, I start the motions
showing secreted soliloquy to him alone

begin slowly, set rhythm, set tone, set pace
whet the appetite with a small spike then pull back
move softly, touch gently, with simple grace
let him see the effect, feel my fevers attack

bring out the big guns, reveal essence of affair
new angles of resonance meant for one's pleasure

push harder, delve deeper, leave you gasping and wide-eyed
looking deep in your eyes for attainment
did I do this right? is he feeling what I feel
is he where I want him to be?

and in that moment of consummation, where minds meet
when the song is so strong and the verse so complete
one last touch and the peak is reached
and the last line is a whisper, bittersweet.

Sighing and smiling, she sees his intent gaze
having seen each maneuver and deft shift
for once her methods are shown to another
and that is just how I do it.
