Mean people suck...

My day has had a horrific start, someone decided to delibrately run over and kill my cat. It was so obvious I actually called the police. There are tire tracks in the neighbors yard and they burned out nicely when they left, scattering gravel everywhere. They literally had to leave the road to run her over!! Of course no one saw anything, but the neighbor is 80+, so I'm not surprised.
No, I did not expect the police to do anything. I just wanted them to know it had happened and that it looked like a delibrate act.

She was such a good girl. Her name was Squeakers because she couldn't meow but she squeaked. She was a beautiful jet black kitty and she was the best mouser I have ever had. The neighbor used to let her in his garage just to get rid of the mice for him. She always left me the tails

I am afraid next time it will be a child. They even took away the crossing gaurd for kids after school. The cars zip through the school zone like it was a freeway! The new houses seem to be full of kids in the little hopped up cars that refuse to go anywhere near 20mph in a school zone!

OMG.

I am in utter shock, and I feel so horrible. I can't even begin to express my condolences to you.

People like that are lower than scum. And, I'll pray that they are caught before any more lives can be taken.

this truly sucks. Im very sorry for your loss, especially in such a way.

Im a firm believer in kharma and that sort of thing calls down a sh!t storm of bad juju on you. know they'll get theirs.

That's horrible. "Mean" doesn't even begin to cover my feelings toward any sub-human individual who would do such a thing.

Oh my, I can't even..there are no words powerful enough to express my utmost heartfelt sympathies. I feel so sick..how can such cruel & wicked people exist in this world?? Why?? How?? I wish I could erase this for you, cirquelover. I wish I could bring Squeakers back to you. Holy moly, I'm tearing up. I'm so very, very sorry.
