Superbad was SuperAwesome

On a whim, we saw Superbad last night. If you like Judd Apatow....if you like dirty high school movies....if you like that kid from Arrested Development.....go see it! I laughed my ass off. Nearly every gag was a winner, and the young actors were awesome.

Highly recommended for toilet humor fans

Not exactly my genre, but I've been hearing great things about it right and left.

Still, sadly comedies no longer fit in my much abbreviated going-to-the-movies schedule, even though they are infinitely better with an audience.

I'll double feature Netflix this one with this summer's Knocked Up, and I'm sure to have a few yuks. But I don't have the time for any but the most MUST-SEE theatrical releases, and I shun paying $15 for a silly comedy.

Heh, we did the sites for both Knocked Up and Superbad. Both were quite fun, IMO (though I tend to like the Apatow-written ones best, so Knocked Up was my favorite of the two.)

I just checked out the site - it's lots of fun and well put together. Those bits with the guys talking about the site had me clicking everything just to see them.

Inner-teen-me has a SuperBad crush on geeky Michael Cera.
