He can pardon himself and his cronies all he wants, but that won't protect him from an international tribunal if they can prove war crimes.

Doubt they'll pursue it though.

If he can sit and read a billy-goat story whilst 3,500 innocent people died, play golf or similar while Louisiana went under, and watch your economy go down the toilet and get away with it, I can hardly see him being held accountable for things abroad...worse luck.
