I've never had bread pudding, it kinds of sounds like a sweet quiche. It seems to have great reviews, even for non bread pudding eaters. Of course I don't see how you could go wrong with white chocolate and blueberies!

Bread pudding is like a kind of souffle with bread chunks incorporated into it

I like bread pudding but both my attempts at actually making it were epic failures (once was the banana bread pudding from Boma and that was just a comedy of errors).

who ever thought an oven came in miniature ....it might not have gone exactly as the recipe or plan intended but it tasted AWESOME, I could have eaten the sauce with a spoon!
