Vicodin makes me projectile vomit, so I recommend that you take my share.

Hope your recovery is a breeze! (But if it is, don't tell the kids. Might as well take advantage of all the indentured servant fetch-and-carry time you can manage....)

Pru, I like how you think! I second that and let the kids wait on you for a change. I think you deserve a rest, I just wish it had been under more pleasant circumstances.

D'oh! I'm an idiot. I absolutely forgot to mention sleeping with a full-length body pillow. It greatly helps with the discomfort from that particular surgery, because you can support your body on it, so there is no pressure from limbs, etc.

I used mine for about 3 weeks following.
