$40 mil pot crop found at Sequoia National Forest

This is the first I've heard of this in SNF, but the Northern Coastal Mountains are notorious for pot growing. We went to my sister's house in Gualala via a dirt road over the mountains one time and my sister was surprised we didn't get shot.

Yeah, I'm guessing it's not quite as hilarious to piss off a drug cartel as Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels (aka Smoked Lox and Bagles in my head) would have you believe.

Years ago, there was a fairly large (for it's time) pot crop found by the Y camp I used to go to.

I'm glad they didn't have bushfires there ! You might have gotten the whole of CA stoned !

Of course, if it were legalized that amount of pot wouldn't be worth nearly $40 million.
