Personally he does, but he does not believe that the Government should have any say in the matter. Remember, he was a Constitutional Law professor for a number of years, and he does not believe that his personally held religious beliefs should be foisted upon the nation as a whole. For the record, McCain's speech was terrific. I was impressed at his grace in what had to have been a bitter blow. For this, my hat is off to him as well. I hope he makes good on it and his pledge to cross the aisle.

Here we differ. I voted for Quake because he did the real work of the universe while Quisp just flew around hopped up on the hippie lettuce.

Here, however, I am guardedly optimistic. Guarded optimism may not sound like much, but it is a far cry from what I might have been, which was completely distraught.
