Simple warming Chinese Chicken & Corn Soup for us tonight !!

Pork 'hot meat' aka hubbys original recipe involving pork and lots of spices and peppers...it's delish. Missy will have salad and steak, she doesn't do HOT meat.

I'd been looking for a new lid to my crock pot and mentioned this to my Mom. She ended up bringing over a new crockpot for me. Thanks Mom.

I put in a little celery, some carrots, onion, frozen chicken breasts, and about 40 cloves of garlic and few red potatoes. Added some salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme and a little chicken boullion.

Cooked that while we were gone all day and come home to the most delicious smell. Yummy. Had that with some dinner rolls. The chicken was so moist and flavorful.

Which reminds me - it should be cool enough to put the leftovers away.

Leftover terriyaki shish kabobs cut into smaller pieces + package of fresh stirfry vegetables + package of sesame noodle mix (kind of pad thai-y) = dinner

We just got back from stuffing ourselves at Red Lobster. Bill is sprawled across the bed muttering "cheesy biscuits".....
