An android would. Venn Diagrams are easy. Lack of exclusivity does not require complete overlap. After all, I did not say that disdain and jokes about someone are synonomous, just not exclusive. Except for the fact that Data used contractions (mostly in the first season, before the script ever said he couldn't could not. But several times afterwards as well)
