It's elementary, my dear Pallor. I wager that he always wears that hat. I think on the inside, the hat is sweaty and smelly. He has his hand on his hip because he tried to put his hand on the shoulder of the kid on the very right. But, being worried that it would appear 'gay' he brushed grandpa's hand off just as grandma clicked the picture. Speaking of the kid on the right, he is assistant to the arsonist and not the arsonist himself. The kid who lit the chair is on the very left. His face is still transfixed in a surprised expression which he obtained when he lit the chair and the flames exploded skywards. When it did, the arsonist's assistant ran and tried to jump over the chainlink fence. When he did, his pant leg got caught on the very top of the fence ripping it. His screams caused his brothers to laugh and stirred grandpa who was looking for his chair in the garage that he and grandma converted into a workspace/den for him. The den was created after grandpa decided that he finally wanted to retire and grandma got sick of him giving her housecleaning advice non-stop, all day long. But as to why the arsonist burned the chair remains a mystery, although the arsonist and the arsonist's gal pal (not pictured) knows the reason.

In my medical state, all I can think of as a caption to that photo is:
"Post-Operatively, Robert found that hugging his dog-pillow to his chest relieved the pain in his tender sternum."
