BJ and I were talking about how fun it would be to have a wedding catered by the Lardon Truck AND Got Kosher? (home of the pretzel bread challah!!! Yes that shyte is gooood). I have some relatives whose head would pop but I gotta get my bacon on.

I finally had bacon and Chocolate!

I bought a "Mo's Bacon Bar" with Applewood smoked bacon, Alderwood smoked salt, in a deep milk chocolate (45% cocao). The salted chocolate was nice, adding a little crunch, and the flavor was nice, with just a hint of smokiness.

Bacon Jam, this stuff is awesome! Found it at our local store today, had to try it. YUM, rich, a little goes a long way. BIG bacony flavor goodness

I bought Baconaise, only to find out that it HAS NO BACON IN IT!

Still tastes good, tho.

Someone just told me about someone making chocolate chip cookies with bacon in them! My two faves in one!! I'm goning to have to spend some time in the kitchen soon!!

And then some time at the cardio care unit.....
