Headliner's emergency is much more important than any of this...first and foremost, I hope she's ok, and secondarily, that it doesn't impact your trip too much.

Right now, it looks like all she'll have is a bad headache and doctor ordered bed rest with no TV/computer/phone/books or a day or two. All told, I think getting as far away away as possible from a board teenager with a bad headache is a good plan. Mom can deal with this one.

So assuming the night goes well and she's at least a bit better in the morning, the trip is still on.

If you want Blue Bayout at 2 am (or 4 am or whatever) you will definitely want a reservation based on what I'm seeing in my Twitter feed.

Alex - based upon your Twitter feed what are the chances of a full park/gate closure?

I just called and made a reservation for 4 people (the max) at 110am. They are fully booked after. If a few more people could call that would be awesome. No CC required.

I made one for 5 people at 1:10am a couple of days ago (which was the latest they would offer). I figured 5 was easy to add to since it would need a larger table.

Nice! They wouldn't let me go higher than 4. I changed mine to 1:10 So now we have 9 at 1:10, even if we won't be at the same table.

We aren't so much into Blue Bayou as we are Cafe Orleans breakfast, so I'm making a reservation there for later, if anyone is interested in joining.

(We will be sure to ride Pirates during your 1:10 am dinner, so as to yell "throw me a roll" with the rare possibility of roll fulfillment.)
