I agree..the wizard can sometimes be too assuming, and cause more problems

Hubby took it into Best Buy last night...Geeks.com hooked it up....3 freakin minutes later and $150 we had spyware blocking our access!

Arggh!

We've got three different programs for spyware...the guy even said he was actually impressed...but apprently it didn't work!!!!

NOT HAPPY!

But happy it's going to be all well this afternoon......argh!

$150 /hr and a 1 hr minimum, sounds about right, a little high for Best buy techs, but yeah....
